ROTARY CLUB OF BLACKSBURG 2021 Outstanding Fine Arts Student Award

This award will recognize outstanding Fine Arts seniors, who also exhibit Rotary’s ideal of Service Above Self. The award includes a $1,000 scholarship for next fall’s college tuition costs.
