The Danforth Scholars Program at Washington University seeks candidates who have exhibited a capacity for service and leadership, as well as academic excellence, and who will embrace the challenges of a rigorous academic curriculum. High schools may nominate candidates who exhibit qualities that embody the essence of the Danforths - maturity, strong moral character, selflessness, and commitment to community. Nominated students must complete an application. Up to 40 finalists will be selected. Multiple full- and partial-tuition scholarships will be awarded to undergraduate students.
